OK… that took all my brain power to come up with so enough of that. I’ve been waiting to see what cool outfit Delia TS would put together for this year’s Halloween fun and I have to say, well worth the wait! I love this whole outfit and once again, Delia TS proves that she’s got some of the best legs in the business with these striped black and white stockings with a cute heart detail at the top.
